These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okwow ("okwow", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okwow website located at https://okwow.pro and all associated services, games, promotions, and content provided thereon.

By accessing the okwow platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the okwow platform. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, okwow reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately and without prior notice.

• Never disclosing your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to be okwow staff.

okwow will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okwow support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account and investigate the breach. okwow cannot be held liable for losses incurred through unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have shared your credentials voluntarily.

All financial transactions on the okwow platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). okwow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game and market. okwow reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
